Feathers of Maaat is a weekly meditation and breathwork class designed for ages 8-20 to cultivate inner clarity, emotional balance, and
deep self-awareness. Each session guides participants through intentional breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises and energy resets.

All are welcome! FOM is ideal for youth ages 8-20 especially those who can benefit from tools for self-regulation, confidence and creative expression. Invite a young person to experience a safe, engaging FOM session for growth and self-discovery. Participants will:

Build Emotional Resilience – Learn to process emotions and navigate stress with confidence.
Enhanced Self-Awareness – Connect with your thoughts, feelings, and personal energy.
Foster Creativity & Expression – Use movement, reflection, and mindful exercises to express your authentic self.
Strengthen Focus & Presence – Develop attention, mental clarity, and the ability to be fully present.
