As we age, maintaining physical, mental, and emotional well-being is not just important, it’s essential. BREATHE | STRETCH | LOVE (BSL) is a transformative holistic series designed specifically for adults 65 and older, providing a powerful yet gentle approach to sustaining vitality and longevity. Developed in honor of my maternal grandmother, Edith Mae Brewster Jackson, and my mother-in-law, Dorna Agatha Mathison Brown, BSL is more than a wellness program, it is a commitment to the strength, clarity, and balance that every elder deserves. Through conscious breathing, intentional movement, and deep mental relaxation, BSL empowers seniors to move with confidence, breathe with ease, and embrace each day with renewed energy.

COURSE OVERVIEW
BREATHE | STRETCH | LOVE (BSL) is a movement based wellness series designed to support seniors in improving strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Through guided breathwork and intentional movement, participants enhance oxygen circulation, reduce tension, and sharpen mental clarity, all while cultivating confidence and inner balance. Each 60-minute session is adaptable to individual needs and ideal for individuals, small groups, or senior focused organization.
BSL is offered in flexible 6, 8, and 12 week packages to ensure consistent progress and lasting benefits.
