BSL is a physical motivation series dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of seniors by focusing on the power of breath and movement. The program is designed to guide participants in increasing the amount of healthy, conscious breathing they practice daily. This is crucial for improving oxygen circulation, which is essential for nourishing cells, reducing tension, and promoting clarity of mind.
Participants of all ages, particularly seniors, will learn to better understand and cooperate with their bodies, fostering a sense of harmony and self-care. The series includes various breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and movements that work with the body—never against it.
This course is for individuals, groups of friends and/or organizations serving seniors. Each session is 60 minutes and can be easily tailored to fit participants' schedules and capabilities. BSL is offered in packages of 6 WEEK, 8 WEEK, and 12 WEEK sessions.
