As we age, maintaining physical, mental, and emotional well-being is not just important, it’s essential. BREATHE | STRETCH | LOVE (BSL) is a transformative holistic series designed specifically for adults 65 and older, providing a powerful yet gentle approach to sustaining vitality and longevity. Developed in honor of my maternal grandmother, Edith Mae Brewster Jackson, and my mother-in-law, Dorna Agatha Mathison Brown, BSL is more than a wellness program, it is a commitment to the strength, clarity, and balance that every elder deserves. Through conscious breathing, intentional movement, and deep mental relaxation, BSL empowers seniors to move with confidence, breathe with ease, and embrace each day with renewed energy.

COURSE OVERVIEW

BREATHE | STRETCH | LOVE (BSL) is a dynamic physical motivation series designed to enhance the overall well-being of seniors by harnessing the transformative power of breath and movement. This program goes beyond simple exercise; it is a guided practice in longevity, energy renewal, and self-awareness. Participants will learn how to integrate healthy, conscious breathing into their daily lives, a crucial practice for improving oxygen circulation, reducing tension, and sharpening mental clarity. By working in harmony with their bodies rather than against them, they will cultivate strength, flexibility, and a deep sense of inner balance. This series is designed for individuals, groups of friends, and organizations dedicated to senior wellness. Each 60-minute session is thoughtfully structured and can be tailored to accommodate participants’ unique needs and capabilities.

BSL is available in flexible packages of 6-week, 8-week, and 12-week sessions, ensuring sustainable progress and long-term benefits.
